The cancellation conditions for each reservation are those established at the time of making the reservation and are detailed in the confirmation email that the client will receive once the reservation is made.
If the rate is "without cancellation" (*) the reservation will be non-refundable.
In order to avoid any type of issue with the reservation, we recommend that our clients take out travel insurance in their country of residence (approximate European rates of €1 to €3 per day depending on coverage and insured amounts).
(*) “Non-refundable” or “without cancellation” rates are special rates and expressly indicated as “non-refundable” or “without cancellation”.
After making the reservation, the client will receive an immediate confirmation email with all the details of the reservation. If you do not receive the confirmation email immediately, please check your spam folder.
14 days before the arrival date, the client will receive a new confirmation email with the check-in instructions.
If payment has not yet been made, it must be made within the next 24 hours.
48 hours after the payment is made DakarByDays will send a new confirmation email. If the confirmation email is not received immediately, the customer should check their spam folder.
48 hours before the arrival date DakarByDays will send a final reminder email with the arrival instructions as well as to reconfirm the reservation details.
During this entire process the client can contract additional services at any time (subject to availability).
Check-in: 3pm
Check-out: until 11am.
Check-in after 3pm may incur a supplement of €30 (20,000.00 F CFA).
No amounts will be refunded in case of no-show, late chacke-in entry or early departure from the establishment.
Depending on the apartment, keys will be handed over or an access code will be sent for self heck-in.
Once checked-out, luggage can be stored in our offices starting from €10/day .
The number of occupants of the apartment must match the number of occupants indicated at the time of reservation. Once the reservation has been confirmed, the increase in the number of occupants may rise the final price of the stay. In the event that the number of occupants of a confirmed reservation is reduced, the final price of the reservation will not vary.
If it is not expressly stated that the establishment is “pet friendly”, pets are not allowed.
Parties or celebrations that could alter coexistence with neighbors are not allowed. We ask our clients to respect the community and not making noise after 8:00 p.m.
If any client does not respect these rules leading to complaints from the community or even from the police, DAKAR BY DAYS reserves the right to ask the guest to leave the apartment, losing any right to claim any type of financial compensation and losing any payment made to DAKAR BY DAYS.
DAKAR BY DAYS may reassign an apartment with similar characteristics in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (urgent repairs to the property, unusable rooms, etc.).
We will contact the guest to communicate the circumstances and give the option to keep the reservation in the new assigned apartment or to cancel the reservation.
In case of cancellation due to force majeure, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. If the stay has started and the client want to cancel, the amount of the reservation will be refunded deducting overnoight stays and the services consumed.
